HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We currently offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BONDI SWIM CO ACCEPT?
Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THE EBOUTIQUE?
Absolutely! Bondi Swim is based in Singapore, managed and run by Australians. Bondi Swim uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@bondiswim.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@bondiswim.com before 9pm SGT. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally deliver all orders in 5-15 working days. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are outside of our control. Bondi Swim uses DHL e-Commerce for all orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email info@bondiswim.com
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. We will ship your order once the item is available. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, you may e-mail us at info@bondiswim.com
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Bondi Swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Each country has their own laws when it comes to duties and taxes. These charges go to the country where the package is received and have no link to our shipping process. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bondi Swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIM-SHORTS?
DO NOT IRON. Rinse with cold water after contact with salt water or chlorine. Gentle Cold Machine Wash at 30C.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bondi Swim accepts refunds within 14 days of receiving our product.
Bondi Swim accepts exchanges for wrong sizes.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition, with all labels and original packaging intact.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Bondi Swim for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@bondiswim.com using the e-mail address used to order the swim-shorts.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Bondi Swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at so we can urgently review the matter for you!
